Home from Hospital Homelessness Discharge pilot
Earlier this year we hosted an ‘Open Space’ with 10GM to to explore hospital discharge in Greater Manchester and bring together ideas to make use of a pot of funding aimed at improving outcome for people facing homelessness at the point of hospital discharge. Winners of the OIDP2022 Best Practice in Participatory Democracy
On Friday we were thrilled to announce that Legislative theatre for the Greater Manchester Homelessness Prevention Strategy won the award for Best Practice in Citizen Participation at the Institute of Participatory Democracy. DLUHC announces new Night Shelter Transformation Fund with Homeless Link & Housing Justice
DLUHC have announced funding for winter provision in partnership with Homeless Link and Housing Justice. Applications for this fund are now open and will close on 26th August.
